What's included in a pre-purchase inspection?
Our Pre-Purchase Inspections include a visual and comprehensive inspection* on the following major components/systems: ~ Airframe ~ Cabin Interior ~ Control Systems (Aileron, Elevator, Flap, Rudder, Stabilizer Trim) ~ Engine ~ Fuel System ~ Landing Gear** ~ Propeller(s) ~ and thorough review of Logbooks (AD Compliance, Maintenance lapse, etc.)
After the inspection...
Once payment IN FULL has been received, the buyer will receive a detailed report, complete with photos of: overall condition, discrepancies discovered, and boroscope photos of engine cylinders. (Typical photo counts range between 100-300.) NOTE: Pricing does NOT include consumables. Call for more information.

NOTES: *The complexity of the inspection is dependent upon the agreement between the buyer and seller. **If the Landing Gear is retractable, the seller would need to allow a gear swing to be performed by inspection personnel AND the aircraft would need to be in a hangar during the gear swing for safety of personnel and to prevent damage to the aircraft.
